Terms & Conditions of Entry :

1. Organisers have no responsibility for any Natural calamities. 
2. No refund in any circumstances. 
3. OUTSIDE colours / FOOD OR DRINKS NOT ALLOWED will not be allowed inside the venue.
4. 3+ Years Age Compulsory Buy Tickets.  
5. All Participants take complete responsibility of themselves and their dependents .Organizers do not take responsibility for any claims for any incident caused directly or indirectly during the event.
6. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is inappropriate and poses a threat to security of the event.
7. Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk & danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability. The organizer does not take responsibility for any claims.
8. Organisers are not responsible for any kind of direct or indirect claims on account of the event .As an event participant you undertake any such risk of any unforeseen incident that may happen during the event. You are responsible for your family and yourself.
9. The venue is a smoke-free environment.
10. No anti-social or threatening behaviour to other festival attendees or staff, or behaviour deemed to be in violation of the intent of these terms and conditions.
11. No misrepresentation as a member of staff or security, or attempt to enter restricted areas.
12. No construction or attempts to do so of any form of fire, bonfire or naked flame.
13. No intoxicated persons permitted.
14. No animals permitted - except certified service dogs.
15. No use of illicit drugs or illegal substances.
16. No attempt to bring into the venue any of the following items (but not limited to):
a. Alcohol (of any type)
b. Food, Drinks, Colours not purchased at the festival from authorised vendors
c. Illicit Drugs or illegal substances
d. Fireworks
e. Knives and dangerous weapons
f. Lasers
g. Any forms of glass, including glass containers and/or drinking vessels
h. Cans (including aerosol cans), thermos flasks, any breakable container
i. BBQs
j. Material to construct fires or weapons
k. Skateboards, roller blades, scooters or bicycles
l. Sound amplifying devices including loudhailers, air horns or similar devices
m. Flags, banners etc that may, at the sole discretion of the festival staff, be
considered too large or contain profanity or messages that could be deemed
offensive.
n. Any other item which the festival staff (at their sole discretion) deems to be a
prohibited items which may be a danger to, or inconvenience any other person. 
17. Attendees must allow authorised staff to search their clothes, bags, vehicles, containers or other possessions for items in violation of these conditions of entry Prohibited items will be confiscated.
18. Participating in activities such as aggressive dancing, stage diving, crowd surfing or climbing may result in denial of entry, immediate ejection, or referral to Gujarat police if deemed appropriate.
19. Any form of assault will be immediately referred to Gujarat Police.
20. Photos and Videos of festival participants may be used by the organisers for future promotions of the festival without any restrictions or compensation to participants.
21. Photos and Videos taken at the festival cannot be used for commercial purposes without written permission from the organisers.
22. Photographic, video or audio recording equipment for any purpose other than private non-commercial purposes, which may include, without limitation, video and/or audio recorders, camera tripods, monopods or lenses with a total focal strength of greater than 200mm and commercial digital video equipment. The festival staff will, at their sole discretion, determine whether or not an item is intended for personal or commercial use.
23. Any form of direct or indirect promotion, advertising, marketing of any goods or services (for commercial or noncommercial purposes) is strictly prohibited without the written permission from the organisers.
24. Participants’ consent to having unmanned aircraft (drones) flown over them for video and photography purposes


 Participant, Bag and Vehicle Searches :

1. For the safety of all people who attend the festival, all participants and their possessions may be subject to a search prior to being granted entry into the venue.
2. Participants and their possessions may also be searched during the event and when leaving the venue.
3. All vehicles entering and leaving the venue may be searched.
4. All prohibited items will be confiscated.


 Refusal of entry :

You may be refused entry to the venue if you:

1. Appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs/narcotics
2. Refuse to comply with requests from security and/or gate staff

You can be evicted from the venue if you:

1. Are intoxicated, or appear to be becoming intoxicated
2. Are verbally or physically abusive
3. Throw any missile
4. Enter or attempt to enter a restricted part of the venue e.g., stage, backstage etc.
5. Behave in a disorderly or offensive manner, or a manner contrary to public order
6. Attempt to bring a prohibited item into the venue
7. Breach any part of the terms of the Venue Conditions of Entry
8. Commit any act deemed a crime in Gujarat (India) Law
9. Refuse to comply with requests from security and/or gate staff
